Judith Clerjeune

Judith Clerjeune (she/her) is the campaigns and advocacy director at TIRRC and TIRRC Votes, where she leads and oversees the organization's policy priorities and campaign initiatives. Working closely with organizers, she advances strategic national, statewide, and local campaigns on issues that impact TIRRC's membership and immigrant and refugee communities. Originally from Fond-des-Blanc, Haiti, she immigrated to the United States with her family in 2004. She holds a B.A. in History from Williams College and a Master of Divinity from Vanderbilt Divinity School. Previously, Judith worked at the Healing Trust Foundation, the Jean Crowe Advocacy Center, and as a domestic violence specialist at the YWCA Nashville & Middle Tennessee. Judith serves on the steering committee of Healthy and Free Tennessee as well as the Haitian Development, an organization based in Haiti..
