Each cohort of Mosaic Fellows represents an interdisciplinary and intergenerational group of outstanding leaders of color. Our goal is to bring together a group of Fellows as diverse as the mosaic of our communities.

Nominee Basic Eligibility

All statements must be true for your nominee:

1. The nominee self-identifies as Black, Indigenous, Latine, Asian American Pacific Islander, or other person of color.

2. The nominee lives and works in the U.S South (for the Mosaic Fellowship South cohort) or in Tennessee (for the Mosaic Fellowship Tennessee cohort).

3. The nominee has a demonstrated track record of driving meaningful community change for at least 10 years.

4. The nominee, whether they come from the nonprofit, public or private sectors, is leading positive change in spaces such as education, health, civil rights, community development, arts, urban design, environment, and beyond.

5. The nominee is an established or emerging leader who has reached a professional inflection point, and is eager to reflect, deepen their impact, and broaden their network of support.

6. The nominee has a track record of high integrity, maturity, openness and dependability.
