Jasmine Cunningham (she/her) is the director of operations for Higher Purpose Co., a nonprofit focused on improving intergenerational economic opportunity in Mississippi. Under her leadership, she's implemented empowering workplace policies and culture, organized annual wellness retreats and established an incubator space for local businesses. As a former HR Management instructor at Delta State University, she received the Student Engagement Educator Award for her outstanding connection with students. Holding a bachelor's and master's degree in business administration, Jasmine is a lifelong learner who enjoys random Google searches. She loves and adores her husband, three children, dogs and plants. In her spare time, she enjoys the outdoors, traveling, creating, laughing, dancing, singing, spending time with family and friends, eating, learning, fashion and color.
