Alesha Harmon (she/her) is the chief diversity, equity and inclusion officer at Valor Collegiate Academies, a diverse-by-design school in Nashville. With a data-driven mindset, she develops programs that amplify community voices, cultivate cultural awareness and drive systemic change. Alesha also serves as the president of both YWCA Nashville and Middle Tennessee’s junior board and Women Who Rock Nashville. Through these leadership roles, she champions the missions of empowering women, eliminating racism, supporting survivors of domestic violence and celebrating women making an impact in their communities.
