Robert Jones II
Robert Earl Jones, II (he/him) is a seasoned leader with over 20 years of experience in nonprofit work, blending his passion for ministry, education and strategic leadership. Mentored by his father, the late Pastor Robert Earl Jones, Sr., he embraces a ministry philosophy that extends beyond the church into daily acts of service. Robert has excelled in diverse roles, including as a board member for the Shelby County Youth Assessment Center and New Dawn Social Services and as a volunteer with The Salvation Army. His career includes senior leadership roles in charter schools, where he managed multi-million-dollar budgets, optimized operations and implemented strategic initiatives that enhanced educational outcomes. As the Founder and CEO of KAPOSH, a strategy and consulting firm dedicated to empowering mission-driven organizations, Robert helps clients achieve impactful growth through tailored solutions. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing and a Master’s degree in Nonprofit Leadership.
