Marcia Masulla
Marcia Masulla (she/her) is an entrepreneur, non-profit leader, and city-wide connector. She moved to Nashville in 2008. She went on to build Nashville Fashion Week and the Nashville Fashion Forward Fund, where she still serves as Co-founder and Managing Director. In addition to her work in Fashion, Masulla is also the Chairperson and Founder of Nashville Humane Association’s Unleashed fundraising event in 2009 and founded the Tiny But Mighty Fund, a nonprofit that raises funds and awareness for animal welfare and rescue. Marcia has served as a mentor for Vanderbilt University’s Wond’ry innovation and entrepreneurship program since 2018. She has also served on several boards including the Belcourt Theatre, Tennessee Action For Hospitality, and Inclusion Tennessee. She is currently on the Arts and Business Council Board, Fashion Business & Design Program Advisory Council for Lindenwood University, Nashville Council for Giving Kitchen, Community Benefits Agreement Advisory Board for Nashville Soccer Holdings, and is the Advocacy Co-Chair on the YWCA Executive Board. Marcia has also served as a Senior Advisor and Director of Outreach for the Office of Mayor John Cooper and ran as a Metro Council At-Large candidate. In 2024, Marcia was sworn in as the Vice President for the Davidson County Democratic Women and served as a Senior Advisor for the How Nashville Moves transportation referendum campaign.
