Bianca Morton

Bianca Morton (she/her) is a Nashville native and the chief culinary officer at The Nashville Food Project, where she leads culinary operations. She uses food as a powerful tool for advancing equity, dignity, and community health. Bianca brings both lived experience and professional expertise to her role that grounds her leadership. Through her work, Bianca demonstrates how community-centered culinary leadership can drive meaningful, long-term impact—using food not only to feed people, but to strengthen communities and expand opportunity.
