Quang Do (he/him) is a passionate changemaker with a proven track record of leading successful philanthropic and community initiatives. He is skilled at identifying improvement opportunities, strengthening partnerships and fostering collective impact.  As initiatives director at Central Six AlabamaWorks!, Quang leads a dynamic team focused on workforce development. His strategic vision and leadership have driven organizational growth, expanded program reach and secured substantial funding to support community impact. Prior to joining Central Six AlabamaWorks!, Quang served as the philanthropic partnerships director at Resilia Inc., where he helped organizations develop and implement strategies to increase corporate giving and volunteer engagement. He also has experience working in the public sector, having served as the equity and inclusion program officer at the Community Foundation of Greater Birmingham.  In his spare time, Quang enjoys writing and performing spoken word poetry, spending time with his family and exploring new places.
