Jeff Takiue (he/him) is a leadership and career coach with over 30 years of experience helping individuals and organizations. He is currently director of alumni leadership with Teach for America Nashville-Chattanooga. As the founder of Empower Consulting, he focuses on developing strong, values-driven leaders and strengthening non-profits that uplift marginalized communities. Jeff's work is fueled by his belief in the power of leadership to create meaningful, lasting change and his passion for advancing equity and opportunity. Jeff also serves on the boards of API Middle Tennessee and Nashville Emerging Leaders, where he continues to champion growth, inclusivity and impactful change in the community.
