Sweta Vivek (she/her) is the senior director of data analytics and insights at Achieve Atlanta, where she leads data sharing and analysis to inform strategy, set organizational targets, and develop dashboards that track student outcomes and drive continuous improvement. Before joining Achieve Atlanta, Sweta worked in the human capital management department at Dallas Independent School District, where she designed principal and teacher selection models and led projects to strengthen district-wide talent systems. She began her career as a Teach For America corps member, teaching world history at Cesar Chavez Public Charter School in Washington, D.C. Sweta holds a master’s degree in education policy from Teachers College, Columbia University and a bachelor’s degree in environmental studies and political science from Emory University. She is currently completing her Chopra Coach Certification through The Gaja Collective, with certification expected by March 2026.
